Standard House Cleaning Services
We use a detailed checklist to ensure that your home is cleaned from top to bottom, every time. Our cleaning system was developed through more than 20 years of professional housekeeping experience, and enables us to guarantee a consistently clean and beautiful space every time.
Our standard house cleaning services include:
- Cleaning baseboards
- Vacuuming and Mopping Floors
- Dusting
- Cleaning Kitchens (cabinets, stove, counter tops, microwaves, and outside of refrigerators)
- Cleaning Bathrooms

House Cleaning Add-ons
We perform the following add-on housekeeping services on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonally, or annual schedule. You tell us when you need it done.
If you need monthly or seasonal cleaning of certain areas or things in your home, just let us know your preferred schedule and we will add them to our checklist accordingly.
Our Cleaning Services Add-ons include:- Window washing
- inside
- outside - for safety reasons, we only wash the outside of windows that can tilt inwards for cleaning
- Cleaning inside of refrigerators and freezers
- Oven cleaning
- Ceiling fan cleaning
- for safety reasons, we only clean ceiling fans that are easily reachable when we stand on a 3-step foot stool
- Dishes
- Handwash
- Dishwasher
- Unload and/or Load
- Change bedding

Laundry Services
We can launder, dry, and hang or fold your laundry.
Upon request, the cleaner we send to your home can also do your laundry and linens. We will sort your laundry and wash your clothes and linens as per your or manufacturer instructions, whichever you prefer. Clothes that are dried in the dryer will be folded before we leave. Clothes that cannot be dried in a dryer will be hang dried. Alternatively, if you wash and dry your clothes before we arrive, we will fold your clean laundry and put them in designated locations. Usually, folded clothes are placed on the freshly-made bed and linens placed in the linen closet.

Special Cleaning Services
Turnover cleanings, post-construction cleanings, and deep cleanings, pre-party cleaning / post-party cleaning
We perform special cleanings, such as apartment turnover cleanings, seasonal rental transition housekeeping,
and apartment deep cleaning services
for landlords and property managers. For general contractors, we can provide post-construction cleaning
services.
For homeowners or apartment dwellers, we perform special housekeeping services such as:- Cleaning basements
- Cleaning and organizing shelves in basements and garages
- Cleaning and reorganizing closets
- Removing and putting away the previous season's clothing
- Spring cleaning of kitchen cabinets
- We'll remove everything from inside the cabinets, clean the cabinet, and then reorganize the cabinets as we put items back
- "Emergency" cleaning services before a party
- Cleaning basements
